Are your products intended for human use?
No. All our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research use by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for human consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are not approved by ANVISA or FDA as medicines or food supplements.
Due to the scale and speed of Axion Peptides’ operations, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and test updates for each lot are not continuously published on the website or emailed for each production run. Stock turnover is frequent, and lot numbers, analysis dates, and test results are regularly updated. Publishing and distributing lot-specific documentation in real-time would be operationally unfeasible and could result in the circulation of outdated, incompatible, or incorrect reports. After purchase, please contact us with your product’s lot number to request the COA.
We accept credit and debit cards from major brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through secure processing with SSL encryption. We also offer bank transfers for institutional orders.
Deliveries are made to the United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, and Brazil (for research institutions only, KYB/KYC required).
Due to the nature of our products, returns are very limited. We do not accept returns of opened vials or compromised products. Returns are accepted only for products sealed in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery, and subject to prior approval. Please contact us to initiate a return process.
Shipping time is up to 3 business days after payment confirmation, depending on stock availability and logistical processing. Orders and dispatches are processed on business days. The estimated time for order receipt varies by location, averaging 10 to 15 days. Any delays in customs clearance are beyond our control and may impact the delivery date.
Our products are stored under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Shipping is carried out in appropriate packaging to maintain the integrity of the peptides. Products requiring refrigeration are shipped with dry ice or refrigerant gel when necessary.
