KLOW is a combined formulation in a single vial (not a kit of separate vials): 80 mg of lyophilized powder containing GHK-Cu (50 mg), KPV (10 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg) and TB-500 (10 mg) in a fixed ratio. Made by solid-phase synthesis and HPLC-purified, at ≥98% purity (see lot COA).

Included compounds

GHK-Cu (50 mg)

Copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. In fibroblast culture it is investigated for its interaction with collagen and for extracellular matrix remodeling (CAS 89030-95-5; PubChem CID 71587328).

KPV (10 mg)

Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide, the C-terminal (11-13) fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). In cell cultures and rodents it is investigated for modulation of the NF-κB pathway and inflammatory cell biology (CAS 67727-97-3; PubChem CID 125672).

BPC-157 (10 mg)

Synthetic pentadecapeptide of 15 amino acids, derived from a partial sequence described in gastric juice. In preclinical rodent models and cell culture it is investigated for angiogenic signaling and for the response of gastric and musculoskeletal tissue (CAS 137525-51-0; PubChem CID 9941957).

TB-500 (10 mg)

Peptide associated with thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein, corresponding to its actin-binding domain (LKKTETQ motif). It is studied for actin cytoskeleton dynamics and cell migration in culture and in rodents (CAS 77591-33-4, as listed for the product).

Research rationale for the set

Combining the four peptides in one vial simplifies the preparation of simultaneous-exposure models: fibroblasts and extracellular matrix in culture (GHK-Cu), cellular anti-inflammatory signaling (KPV) and tissue response in rodents (BPC-157 and TB-500).
