Bundle Wolverine is a kit of three individual vials of lyophilized powder: BPC-157 (5 mg), TB-500 (10 mg) and KPV (10 mg). Each component is HPLC-purified, at ≥98% purity, with its own certificate of analysis (COA) for every lot.

Included compounds

BPC-157 (5 mg)

Synthetic pentadecapeptide of 15 amino acids, derived from a partial sequence described in gastric juice. In preclinical rodent models and cell culture it is investigated for angiogenic signaling and for the response of gastric and musculoskeletal tissue (CAS 137525-51-0; PubChem CID 9941957).

TB-500 (10 mg)

Peptide associated with thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein, corresponding to its actin-binding domain (LKKTETQ motif). It is studied for actin cytoskeleton dynamics and cell migration in culture and in rodents (CAS 77591-33-4, as listed for the product).

KPV (10 mg)

Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide, the C-terminal (11-13) fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). In cell cultures and rodents it is investigated for modulation of the NF-κB pathway and inflammatory cell biology (CAS 67727-97-3; PubChem CID 125672).

Research rationale for the set

The set combines a gastric peptide, an actin-associated peptide and an alpha-MSH-derived tripeptide, allowing complementary pathways of tissue response, cell migration and inflammatory signaling to be studied at the bench.
