Shipping

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States and worldwide. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Customs duties, taxes and import compliance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot ship to addresses where the purchase of research materials is prohibited.

Order Processing

Orders ship once the invoice payment is confirmed. Orders whose payment is confirmed before 12:00 PM MT on a business day ship the same day; payments confirmed after 12:00 PM MT ship the next business day.

Carriers, Rates and Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs or other events outside our control.

Packaging and Storage on Arrival

Products are lyophilized powders and are shipped in thermal (insulated) packaging. Please inspect the package on arrival and store the contents as directed on the label and product documentation.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is late, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible after delivery at contact@axionresearchpeptides.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging, and keep all packaging. We will work with the carrier.

Taxes

Prices do not include sales tax. We do not collect sales tax at this time, and the buyer is responsible for any applicable use tax.

Returns

We do not accept returns. The only refund we offer is described in our Return and Refund Policy.
