Bundle Ascend for research: composition

Bundle Ascend is a kit of three individual vials of lyophilized powder: Retatrutide (10 mg), GHK-Cu (50 mg) and Melanotan-1 (10 mg). Each component is HPLC-purified, at ≥98% purity, with its own COA for every lot.

Included compounds

Retatrutide (10 mg)

Peptide agonist of multiple metabolic receptors (GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon). In cell-based assays and preclinical models it is investigated for signaling through these receptors (CAS 2381089-83-2, as listed for the product).

GHK-Cu (50 mg)

Copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. In fibroblast culture it is investigated for its interaction with collagen and for extracellular matrix remodeling (CAS 89030-95-5; PubChem CID 71587328).

Melanotan-1 (10 mg)

Synthetic analog of alpha-MSH (afamelanotide). In cell culture and rodents it is studied for pigmentation pathways mediated by melanocortin receptors (CAS 75921-69-6; PubChem CID 16197727).

Research rationale for the set

In experimental models, the three compounds are investigated individually and together for interaction with metabolic receptors, copper-peptide signaling in extracellular matrix remodeling and pigmentation pathways mediated by melanocortin receptors, in cell culture and rodents, without extrapolation to humans.

Storage and handling

Store all vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, in the original sealed packaging. As a bench procedure, each lyophilized vial is reconstituted separately with a known volume of a suitable solvent, added along the inner wall and gently swirled, without vigorous shaking. Handling is restricted to qualified personnel in a laboratory setting, with the lot number recorded.
