Bundle Glow for research: composition

Bundle Glow is a kit of three individual vials of lyophilized powder for dermatological research at the bench: Glow Mix (70 mg), GHK-Cu (100 mg) and KPV (10 mg). Each component has ≥98% purity by HPLC and its own COA for every lot.

Included compounds

Glow Mix (70 mg)

Blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single vial (same composition as the GLOW product: 50 mg, 10 mg and 10 mg). GHK-Cu (CAS 89030-95-5; PubChem CID 71587328) is studied in fibroblast culture and the extracellular matrix; BPC-157 (CAS 137525-51-0) and TB-500 (CAS 77591-33-4) in signaling models related to tissue response in rodents.

GHK-Cu (100 mg)

Copper complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine. In fibroblast culture it is investigated for its interaction with collagen and for extracellular matrix remodeling (CAS 89030-95-5; PubChem CID 71587328).

KPV (10 mg)

Lys-Pro-Val tripeptide, the C-terminal (11-13) fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH). In cell cultures and rodents it is investigated for modulation of the NF-κB pathway and inflammatory cell biology (CAS 67727-97-3; PubChem CID 125672).

Research rationale for the set

The association is studied in laboratory models of extracellular matrix remodeling and skin anti-inflammatory signaling: GHK-Cu for its interaction with collagen and fibroblasts in culture, and KPV for cytokine modulation pathways in skin models, without extrapolation to humans.

Storage and handling

Store all vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, in the original sealed packaging. As a bench procedure, each lyophilized vial is reconstituted separately with a known volume of a suitable solvent, added along the inner wall and gently swirled, without vigorous shaking. Handling is restricted to qualified personnel in a laboratory setting, with the lot number recorded.
