Bundle Immuno is a kit of three individual vials of lyophilized powder: Thymosin Alpha-1 (10 mg), Thymalin (20 mg) and MOTS-c (10 mg). Each component is HPLC-purified, at ≥98% purity, with its own COA for every lot.

Included compounds

Thymosin Alpha-1 (10 mg)

Synthetic 28-amino-acid peptide corresponding to a sequence found in thymic peptides. It is investigated in in vitro models for T-lymphocyte maturation and signaling (CAS 62304-98-7; PubChem CID 16130571).

Thymalin (20 mg)

Thymic-origin bioregulator peptide. It is studied in experimental models of thymic bioregulation and of immune cell response in culture.

MOTS-c (10 mg)

Mitochondrial peptide of 16 amino acids (MRWQEMGYIFYPRKLR), encoded by a short open reading frame in the mitochondrial 12S rRNA gene. In cell cultures and rodents it is investigated for metabolic homeostasis and AMPK activation (CAS 1627580-64-6; PubChem CID 146675088).

Research rationale for the set

The set combines two thymic-origin peptides with a mitochondrial peptide, allowing T-lymphocyte maturation, thymic bioregulation and mitochondrial signaling linked to immune mechanisms to be studied at the bench. The combination is the subject of ongoing research, with no conclusions about effects in humans.

Storage and handling

Store all vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, in the original sealed packaging. As a bench procedure, each lyophilized vial is reconstituted separately with a known volume of a suitable solvent, added along the inner wall and gently swirled, without vigorous shaking. Handling is restricted to qualified personnel in a laboratory setting, with the lot number recorded.
