Bundle Ironclad is a kit of four individual vials of lyophilized powder for combined performance research: CJC-1295+Ipamorelin (10 mg), TB-500 (10 mg), BPC-157 (5 mg) and Ipamorelin (5 mg). Made by solid-phase synthesis and HPLC-purified, at ≥98% purity, with its own COA for each component.

Included compounds

CJC-1295+Ipamorelin (10 mg)

Combination of CJC-1295, a synthetic GHRH analog, with ipamorelin, a GH secretagogue receptor agonist. It is studied in laboratory models of GH pulsatility with two complementary stimulation mechanisms.

TB-500 (10 mg)

Peptide associated with thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein, corresponding to its actin-binding domain (LKKTETQ motif). It is studied for actin cytoskeleton dynamics and cell migration in culture and in rodents (CAS 77591-33-4, as listed for the product).

BPC-157 (5 mg)

Synthetic pentadecapeptide of 15 amino acids, derived from a partial sequence described in gastric juice. In preclinical rodent models and cell culture it is investigated for angiogenic signaling and for the response of gastric and musculoskeletal tissue (CAS 137525-51-0; PubChem CID 9941957).

Ipamorelin (5 mg)

Synthetic pentapeptide agonist of the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R). In pituitary cell cultures and rodents it is investigated for GH secretion (CAS 170851-70-4; PubChem CID 9831659).

Research rationale for the set

The association allows the interaction between growth hormone secretagogues (GHRH/ghrelin axis) and tissue-response peptides to be studied in laboratory models, focusing on complementary signaling pathways. Data come from cell-based and rodent models, without extrapolation to humans.

Storage and handling

Store all vials at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture, in the original sealed packaging. As a bench procedure, each lyophilized vial is reconstituted separately with a known volume of a suitable solvent, added along the inner wall and gently swirled, without vigorous shaking. Handling is restricted to qualified personnel in a laboratory setting, with the lot number recorded.
