Bundle Pulse is a kit of three individual vials of lyophilized powder aimed at research on the growth hormone (GH) axis: CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (10 mg), Sermorelin (5 mg) and Ipamorelin (5 mg). Each component has ≥98% purity by HPLC and its own COA for every lot.

Included compounds

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin (10 mg)

Combination of a GHRH analog (CJC-1295) and a ghrelin-receptor agonist (ipamorelin) in one vial, investigated in cell and rodent models for interaction between GHRH receptor and GHS-R1a signaling. The split between the two peptides is not specified for this kit.

Sermorelin (5 mg)

Synthetic analog of the 1-29 fragment of GHRH, used to study binding to the GHRH receptor on pituitary cells and downstream cAMP signaling (CAS 86168-78-7; PubChem CID 16132413).

Ipamorelin (5 mg)

Pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH₂, investigated for receptor-selective signaling and pulsatile GH release in pituitary models (CAS 170851-70-4; PubChem CID 9831659).

Research rationale for the set

The kit lets the GHRH and ghrelin-receptor arms of the GH axis be compared side by side at the bench: a GHRH fragment analog, a ghrelin-receptor agonist, and a combination of a GHRH analog with that agonist. This supports comparative work on secretagogue profiles in pituitary cell culture and rodent models, without extrapolation to human or veterinary use.
